Privacy Policy

This site is a single-property listing for Hawk’s Nest at 502 Lake Shore Drive, Norwood, North Carolina. It is presented by Jonathan Hawkins, NC/SC License № 285655, on behalf of Mathers Realty. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site or contact us through it, how we use that information, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide through the inquiry form on the listing page. That includes:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number, if you choose to provide it
• Any message you write, plus the inquiry type (showing, video walkthrough, brochure) and the date and time you indicate as preferred

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site. It is a privacy-friendly, cookie-free service that counts page views and reports aggregate metrics — referring site, country, device type, page load speed. It does not set cookies, does not track you across other sites, and does not sell or share data with advertisers. It also does not collect personally identifying information; we never see your individual visit. Our host (Cloudflare) additionally records standard web-server access logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and performance purposes; those logs are retained per Cloudflare’s own policy.

How we use it

Form submissions are delivered to Jonathan Hawkins by email so he can respond to your inquiry — confirm a showing time, send a brochure, or answer a question about the property. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your information with third parties. We do not add you to any marketing list without your explicit consent.

How long we keep it

Inquiry emails are retained in Jonathan’s mailbox for as long as the listing is active, plus a reasonable record-keeping period after closing, as required by North Carolina Real Estate Commission rules. You can ask for your inquiry to be deleted at any time using the contact details below.

Form-handling vendor

The inquiry form is submitted to a serverless function we operate on Cloudflare Pages, which validates and forwards the message to Jonathan’s email inbox using Resend (resend.com), a transactional email service. Resend processes the message in transit and retains a short log of deliveries according to their own privacy policy. We do not authorize them to use your information for any other purpose.

Your choices

You can:

• Ask us what information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct it
• Ask us to delete it
• Withdraw your inquiry at any time

California residents have the same rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and we will respond to any verifiable request within the timeframes the CCPA requires. We do not “sell” personal information as that term is defined under the CCPA.

Children

This site is intended for prospective buyers and their representatives. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we materially change this policy we’ll update the “effective date” above. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
